Is this a coincidence?
On the 12th April 2020 Dominic Cummings went to his parents home with his child and wife and then drove to the area of Barnard Castle flouting the lockdown rules. Barnard Castle is 30 minutes from his parents home. His reason for this was that he had experienced visual difficulty (apparently a symptom of COVID-19, although there is nothing to back this up online) and wanted to test his vision was safe enough before making the 5 hour journey back home. Considering his bad vision should he have even been driving long distance in the first place? Goes against DVLA/Police rules surely?
1. The huge coincident is that in Barnard Castle GlazoSmithKline have a massive medical manufacturing and research base.

Similar cases in other countries too.
Yet they are still able to trade?
